We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Operations team. This role will cover a broad range of HR responsibilities, with a particular focus on enhancing our work environment, strengthening employee relations, promoting diversity and inclusion, and managing compensation programs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Handle employee relations issues, facilitate open communication, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Own compensation programs and payroll management.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable practices, and provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
• Support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.

What we are looking for:

• Proactive and willing to engage in various HR areas, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of Swedish employment law and compensation benchmarks.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently and efficiently.
• 3+ years of experience in HR 
• Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
